Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 2026

Welcome to Elll. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Elll website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Elll is a visual Integrated Development Environment (IDE) that allows users to design, build, and generate code for software applications. The Service includes visual editing tools, AI-assisted code generation, and related project management features.

2. User Accounts and Subscriptions

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Some features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Tier") or require the use of allotted credits ("AI Credits"). Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

3. Intellectual Property and Code Ownership

You own your code. Any code, applications, or projects you generate, export, or build using Elll belong entirely to you. Elll claims no ownership rights over the outputs you create using our platform.

However, Elll retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service itself, including the visual editor, UI/UX, underlying algorithms, and proprietary AI generation workflows.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Elll platform.
  • Exploit, bypass, or abuse the AI credit system or billing mechanisms.
  • Generate malicious code, malware, or content intended to harm others.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may allow you to connect third-party accounts (e.g., Google Stitch, GitHub). By connecting these services, you grant Elll permission to access and interact with them as required to provide our Service. We are not responsible for the uptime or reliability of third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Elll makes no warranties regarding the complete accuracy of generated code. You are responsible for testing and deploying your own applications. In no event shall Elll be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
